This event will provide an overview of the Summit and outcomes including declarations for 2025-26 transboundary collaboration & action, followed by a deeper dive into Summit topics including:

1. Indigenous voice in environmental law and regulation panel – Ben Scambary (CEO Aboriginal Areas Protection Authority), Nigel Browne (CEO Larrakia Development Corp), Representative(Northern Lands Council) (30 mins)
2. Maturing data collection to measure regulatory impact – Grace Bennett, Natural Resources Access Regulator (NRAR NSW) virtual (30 mins)
3. Outcomes performance reporting – recorded presentation from Su Wild River (15 mins)
4. Regulatory capture as a driver for harm & next steps – Marie Doole, Mataki Environmental – virtual presentation (30 mins)
5. What’s next? 3 material AELERT actions relating to cross-cutting regulatory subjects to realise progress for NT regulators.
