Guest presenter Rowena Park

Rowena is the General Manager Compliance and Enforcement at the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) where she leads the Compliance and Enforcement Branch focussing on making energy consumers better off. She is responsible for retail authorisations, exemptions, retail and wholesale compliance, compliance assessment and reporting AND all investigations and enforcement undertaken by the AER. She has previously led teams at ASIC and has 20 years’ experience in litigations, dispute resolution, regulation and compliance and enforcement in both the public and private sectors.
