Planning is well underway to deliver the 2025 National Regulators Community of Practice Conference – Regulation 2025 to 2050: Disruption, Change and Continuity, in Meanjin, Brisbane on 27-28 August 2025.
This hybrid (in-person and virtual) conference will focus on new regulatory designs and approaches for adapting to disruption and change in an evolving and increasingly complex regulatory environment. Key themes to be explored, include:

➡Outcomes-based Cooperative Regulation
➡ What does AI hold for the future of regulation?
➡ Regulating to support First Nations businesses and communities
➡ Bridging policy and practice: what do regulatory stewardship and better regulation mean in practice?
The conference will provide you with a great opportunity to network and make new connections with like-minded regulators from all levels of government across Australia and Aotearoa New Zealand.
