NELA WA is recruiting new committee members

The National Environmental Law Association (NELA) WA are currently looking for a number of national volunteers to join the committee. If you are passionate about the role of law and policy in regulating and managing the Australian environment, please consider applying for the WA Committee. NELA are keen to hear from students through to senior environmental professionals.

You will have the opportunity to assist with important law reform submissions, host events on cutting edge environmental law issues, help out with educational initiatives and network with likeminded professionals in the environmental industry. 

Please note that for all NELA WA volunteer positions, applicants should reside in Western Australia.

All applications for committee positions will close at midnight AWST Friday 12 January 2024. Please send this committee nomination form to president@nelawa.org.au.

Established in 1982, NELA brings together professionals in environment and resources law and related disciplines. It’s for anyone interested in environmental law.

At NELA we are dedicated to promoting an environment of inclusivity. Each volunteer will be a key member of the committee and gain valuable experience and exposure in Australia’s peak body focused on advancing environmental law.
