The Regulator Job Swap Program is a unique structured program, that facilitates the movement of regulators within AELERT between agencies, disciplines and jurisdictions. The program is designed to enable a like-for-like, mutually beneficial give and take transaction for a fixed period of time.

We believe career opportunities for regulators shouldn’t be limited by chance, and sharing resources and expertise across our network shouldn’t be limited to expensive and sometimes inefficient recruitment processes that create lag time for everyone involved.

This program offers a truly unique opportunity for both agencies and individuals to activate the deep diversity of the AELERT network to grow our people, refresh our workforce, and share experiences, approaches, and cultures. All registered AELERT members including agency leaders, team leaders, all kinds of regulatory practitioners, and agency support staff are encouraged to apply.
