SA Petroleum and Geothermal Energy 2000 (Energy Resources Act) Draft Regulations

The latest amendments to the South Australian Petroleum and Geothermal Energy Act 2000 were passed through Parliament in November 2023, and to facilitate the timely proclamation of these amendments the draft Regulations have been completed and available for public comment on the South Australian Government’s Your Say web page at Energy Resources Act – Draft Regulations | YourSAy.
