Have your say! 2026 member survey is live

Feb 25, 2026

This year marks an important moment for the Australian and New Zealand Environmental Law Enforcement and Regulators neTwork (AELERT). As we prepare for the AELERT 2026 Conference, welcome a new Chief Executive Officer, and finalise the 2026–2028 Strategic Plan, we are seeking direct input from you — the regulators shaping the work on the ground.

The regulatory environment is evolving quickly, and we want to make sure AELERT continues to meet the real needs of agencies across Australia, New Zealand and the Pacific. That means understanding your priorities for the next three years, including the challenges you are navigating, capability gaps that need attention, and areas where coordinated effort or new approaches could make a real difference.

Why your voice matters

This short survey is designed to gather your insights, feedback and priorities to help inform:

  • Development of new and enhanced AELERT products and services
  • Best‑in‑class training, learning and development opportunities for regulators
  • Practical resources that support business‑as‑usual regulatory work
  • Program and content planning for the AELERT 2026 Conference: Future Ready Regulation

Your responses are confidential and will be used solely to strengthen AELERT’s support for members and partner agencies.

Help shape the next chapter

If you have not yet completed the survey, we would really value your perspective. It takes around 10 minutes, and your input directly guides what AELERT delivers — from capability building to cross‑jurisdiction collaboration, and from new tools to the way we design future events.

>> Take the AELERT 2026 Member Survey

Thank you for taking the time to contribute. Your insight helps us ensure AELERT continues to evolve in step with the changing regulatory landscape and remains a practical, connected and forward‑looking network for all members.
